摘要

陳鱣（一七五三～一八一七）字仲魚，號簡莊，浙江海寧人。嘉慶元年舉孝廉方正，三年中式舉人。嘗從錢大昕、王念孫、段玉裁、翁方綱等游處，質疑問難，所學日進。又雅好藏書，遇宋元佳槧及罕見之本，不惜重值收之，與同邑吳騫、吳門黃丕烈等互相鈔傳。仲魚博極群書，精深許、鄭之學，復長史才，著述閎富，固乾嘉學術之羽翼也；惜其書傳行者無多，故近今學者鮮有能道其名者。今采諸籍有關其生平學術者，分年繫綴，纂為是譜，以為知人論世之資。末附（著述考略），共考得仲魚撰著六十餘種，或可藉知其學問之概略也。
