摘要

甲骨文中，有關月食的紀錄不多，而完整無缺的則更少。甲午月食紀錄，就是一條殘缺不全的卜辭，而其所缺的干支字，又與這次月食發生的時日，有很密切的關係，所以擬補闕文，十分重要。這，也就是問題的關鍵。
甲午月食卜辭，屬於第一期武丁時代的刻辭紀錄，但在整個武丁的年代中，卻很難安排這次月食，所以這個月食紀錄，成了甲骨學文、年代學上的一大難題。嚴一萍為了想要解決此一難題，寫了一篇《壬午月食考》發表在中國文字、新四期，將甲午月食改補為壬午月食，但是他所補的闕文，在卜辭的文例上、文法上、以及殷人占卜的習慣上，都有問題。因此，本文將從這幾方面加以分析討論。
