Abstract

The new development of the science of legal history in 2004 are as follows: first, establishing the institute of legal history and important academic; second, publication and introlations; third, the research hotspot of the science of legal history and the theories begin further probed. It can be seen the at in the aspect of liveliness and values, the science of legal history makes response to the society academy, and the efforts and contribution made by the scholars can also be seen.
