摘要
文章從三個方面概述了2004年國內法律史學的新進展，一是法律史學的機構設置與重要學術活動，二是最新法律史料、教材、論著、譯著的出版與簡介，三是法律史學研究的熱點問題與理論深化。從中可見法律史學在回應社會與學術挑戰方面的活力與價值，也可見法律史學人的努力與貢獻。
The new development of the science of legal history in 2004 are as follows: first, establishing the institute of legal history and important academic; second, publication and introlations; third, the research hotspot of the science of legal history and the theories begin further probed. It can be seen the at in the aspect of liveliness and values, the science of legal history makes response to the society academy, and the efforts and contribution made by the scholars can also be seen.
