Abstract

Cheng Shu De, who reorganized China ancient legal material, acted the key which inherited from the past and carried on for the future, only the posterity to Cheng understanding, mostly stopped in “Jiu Chao Lü Kao”. Based on this, this article discussed about three points: (one) the biography and the writings about Cheng Shu De, (two) from “Han Lü Zhi Yi” and “Han Lü Kao” observated that Cheng Shu De edits losing law and style arrangement, (three) law history viewpoints about Cheng Shu De.Cuts into from Cheng writings, on the one hand inspected that “Li Dai Xing Fa Kao Han Lü Zhi Yi” and “Jiu Chao Lü Kao‧Han Lü Kao”, compared with cognition in difference that Shen Jia Ben, and Cheng edit losing law and style arrangement;on the other hand from representing ancient law history writings of Cheng, then induced its law history characteristics, entrusted with proper status in the legal history character.
