Abstract

As primaries of both Chinese legal history and family law's areas, there were extensive publications explored in Professor Dai Yan-hui's contributions about "Tang code" and " Danshui Xinzhu Archives ".But here plan to focus from a round of essays called "Gi-Le "published on the "Folk Taiwan" magazine to other books which concerned about civil customs, family relations ,and actual operations in Taiwan, of the legal and political institutions in Qing Dynasty . Expecting to show Dai's  "folk dresses” by digesting those were unfamiliar with us before.
