摘要

居正（1876-1951），民國時代著名的政治家和法律家。在長期的革命和建設活動中，他逐步形成了系統的法律思想，並積極地將其應用於中國的法制建設。他是民國法律思想的主要代言人之一，是民國法制的主要設計者和奠基人之一，影響了辛亥革命以來的幾代人，對中國法制近代化事業作出了重大的貢獻。

 

Ju Zheng (1876-1951), is the famous politician and legalist of the Republic of China ear. He has formed the systematic legal thought progressively, and applied it to legal construction of China actively in the long-term movements of revolution and construction. He is one of the main spokesmen of the Republic of China's legal thought, and one of the main designers and founders of the Republic of China's legal system who has influenced several generations since the 1911 Revolution and made great contribution to the modernization of Chinese legal system.
