摘要

陳顧遠（1896-1981），中國當代傑出法學者。他畢生研究中國法制史，著述豐富。他是中國法系人文精神的出色闡釋者。通過對儒家思想在中國法律傳統中的影響的深層探究，通過對中國古代法制體現的儒家精神的出色解說，陳顧遠先生開創了中國法制史研究的一系列重要思路和方法，為中國法律史學術作出了重要的貢獻。

Chenguyuan（1896-1981）, modern Chinese legalist. All his life , He study for Chinese legal history. He is an outstanding scholar who has explained humanism of Chinese legal family. His works are very good works that has explained Confucius humanism of ancient Chinese law.
