本文藉寫作《民國司法志》導讀的機會，特介紹汪楫寶先生於各位讀者。本文分為兩個部分，第一部分，介紹作者其人。第二部分，提供解讀作品的可能視角，提供理解上的方便。
This is an introduction article. The goal of this article is two-tiered: on the one hand, by this article, Wang Jibao and his book may gain more audience, and thus may help draw wider attention to republican judicial history; on the other hand, this article proposes a range of possible perspectives in understanding Wang and his book.
