The morning sessions of the AS Conference, which is being held for the first time in 2025, will feature Plenary Sessions, jointly organized by the three academic divisions, while the afternoon sessions will consist of parallel meetings organized either by individual research units or in collaboration with related units. These sessions will offer opportunities for presenting research outcomes and engaging in talent recruitment.

The IHP, the Institute of Modern History (IMH), and the Institute of Ethnology (IOE) are organizing a joint afternoon parallel meeting. See the attached agenda for details.
