Topic: “Materialities of Medical Cultures in/between Europe and East Asia” 2021 Workshop

In light of the uncertainty of the coronavirus developments, the workshop originally scheduled for December 22 (Wednesday) has been postponed. We shall be monitoring developments concerning the pandemic and will announce a suitable replacement date when possible. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Organizer: Research Group of the History of Health and Healing, IHP; MOST Project “Taiwan-Germany (DE) International Collaborate Project—Materialities of Medical Cultures in/between Europe and East Asia”

❈ The lecture will be conducted in Mandarin Chinese.
❈ In line with the pandemic prevention policy: (1) Attendees are required to wear a face mask during the entirety of the event; (2) Body temperatures will be measured; (3) Hands should be sanitized; (4) Those not affiliated with Academia Sinica are required to fill out a health record form; and (5) A crisscross seating arrangement will be implemented.
