As the title suggests, Historical Data in the Studies of Legal History aims to reinterpret historical data, represent their usage with examples, or propose new topics. In addition to the preface serving as a book review, there are a total of nine essays covering periods from the Qin and Han Dynasties to Taiwan in the Qing Dynasty. The addendum comprises student reviews on the five of the nine essays.
