Dr. Fu-shih Lin, distinguished research fellow here at the Institute, unfortunately passed away on June 22nd. Considering that Taiwan’s nationwide Level 3 epidemic alert is still in effect, funeral services and related ceremonies will regrettably be limited to family members of the deceased. The Institute will thus hold an “online memorial service,” and invites colleagues and friends to commemorate the life of Dr. Lin and mourn his passing.
Information for the service is as follows:
Date and Time: July 22 (Thursday), 2021, 11:00–12:00 [Taiwan time]
Location: The service will be held online via video.
In order to produce a short film to honor the life of Dr. Lin, we are inviting colleagues and friends to provide photos of Dr. Lin, which will be used for the online memorial service and retained by the IHP Archives as well as a later designated space to commemorate the deceased. For those willing and able to provide photos and/or recordings (video or audio), we ask that you sign and submit the consent form 授權同意書 attached below. Only a Chinese copy is available. We apologize for the inconvenience.
We really appreciate all forms of participation and thank you for the time spent collecting your thoughts during this difficult time.
