2. Registration:

(1) Registration opens from April 15, 2023, to April 29, 2023.

(2) Fee: Deposit of NT$500.

(For full participation, the deposit will be refunded after the event, based on the sign-in and sign-out records on the day of the event.) Accommodation and transportation subsidies are available for student members of the Archaeological Society of Taiwan. For subsidy details, please refer to website of the 2023 Taiwan Archaeology Annual Meeting: http://www.ast.org.tw/archives/715.

(3) Number of participants: 20 people (Priority will be given to students in archaeology-related departments, members of the Society, and colleagues in related fields.)

(4) Registration method: Please fill out the registration form: https://forms.gle/keajZdJ2pBeCHtm8A. Confirmation notices for accepted and waiting lists will be announced and sent on May 11, 2023.

(5) Cancellation and Refund Policy: Refund requests should be sent via email to societyarchtaiwan@gmail.com at least 14 days before the start of the workshop. We will fill the vacancy based on the waiting list, and if successful, we will refund the full fee. If there are no waiting registrants to fill the vacancy, 50% of the fee paid will be refunded, minus the transfer fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations within 7 days of the workshop start date. If you encounter any difficulties, please contact us as soon as possible.
