%X The thesis made a textual research on the case of Impeach Privy Council in the Qing Dynasty by abundant material , analyzed cause and effect of the nine day’s wonder case, made a conclusion: the case ended hastily had an inevitable relation with China’s arbitrary imperial power. Constitutional principles had already been a crucial part of ideology and authority operate. The case was very important in modern China’s constitutional government.
