%X According to comb the case of wangshi’s accusing each other for a shop room in Yi county Hong village in the period of Guangxu in Qing Dynasty, this article thinks relying on Clan to Argue is an important morality procedure, and preserving the clan friendship is a morality principle that must be followed. These two points have guaranteed that the civil disputation within clan receives the settlement of the balance through the mediation finally, and have reflected one kind of good interaction between the society and official side simultaneously, thus maintained the stability of clan's society.
